Re: OVC Financial Records Available

As VP, Operations and Finance (COO/CFO, I guess) of the OVC, I
prepared the statements that Alan posted. The donors names were
entered into Quicken in such a way that they are deliberately
obscured (for privacy reasons). For all reimbursements, receipts are
obtained and maintained, and categories placed in the record of the
reimbursement in Quicken.

If you have questions about how our books are maintained, please let
me know. Bank and other accounting records are maintained at my
house on my computers, which remain behind firewalls.

Actually, the OVC has not yet been charged for check printing (which
went to my credit card), but rather for deposit slip printing and for
"for deposit only" rubber stamps.

Best regards,
Arthur
