I think that we need to make demos *not* require such a significant
investment. Ideally, the gating factor for whether to give a demo
should be whether personnel are available. It may not be necessary
for Alan to drive to San Francisco for the demo, as people local may
well be able to handle it. If so, the investment for the OVC is
minimal.
