A protégé of Selker's, Jonathan Goler, is presenting a seminar on
Internet voting at the DIMACS workshop at Rutgers on Friday. I have been
following the comments about Selker's ideas, but the Internet angle may
raise other concerns/issues that have not been on the list. Please send
me suggestions for issues to raise during the seminar.

I have been at the workshop all week (and given two seminars on the
history of voting theory and voting and security (concerned with
collective decisions in emergencies--not electronic voting--all thanks
to Arthur, who alerted me about the workshop).

Sorry that I missed contributing to the letter to the EAC, but the final
draft looks good.
