I disagree. There is high risk and complexity by removing the ballot from
the folder. The BVA station will most like resemble one of those
price-checking scanners you find at some stores--you pass the barcode under
the scanner and the price appears on a LED screen. In the BVA case, there
will be headphones there to put on. No need for a curtain and no need to
remove the ballot from the folder.

Again, trials are needed to see what works the best.
