The Voters' right to a secret ballot must be inviolable. On the other hand,
voters by virtue of free speech, have the right to disclose how they voted.
And if someone doesn't answer an exit poll question but climbs in their car
with a "BUSH" sticker on the bumper, it probably is not a big secret how
they voted.
