Yes. You can see the tracking tool I'm talking about at . It provides an amazing array of reports. And
since all data is logged in MySQL, you can get anything you want with a
little coding.

One interesting thing to track is the number of links to your web page
from elsewhere. For example,

Google Search: ""

finds 474 hits right now. Tracking this total can be instructive,
and it's interesting to look at the odd kinds of places we get
coverage. Xposed Men's Magazine? Never heard of it, but Google
ranks it highly.
