Holt started with a 5-page bill. It called for disclosure to "ANY PERSON" of
voting software.

He established his creds as the election reform congressman with that simple
bill, and then he sold out.

Holt is not the guy to bring us any kind of election reform conforming to
voting rights or civil rights goals. His goals are the expansion of the EAC
and the e-voting industry and whoever is behind these two entities.

Simons serves on the EAC Advisory Board. It is no surprise she is behind
their bill.

I am surprised you are calling it the ES&S bill Alan. I call it the Holt/EAC
bill. It's their design he's hawking in it.
