Unfortunately, this list member has been posting occasional notices
for several years of his "proprietary, cannot-reveal-details" voting
system, that according to breathless claims fix all the problems with
all other voting systems, real or imagined. On the rare occasion
that some detail of the actual design is hinted at, it is in
violation of good design principles that have been well discussed
here (not open source, no paper ballet, etc). To me it looks like
either an amateur attempt to become one of the bad proprietary
vendors, or simply a fraud or prank.
