No. There is no risk to privacy. The new italian study, which uses the Internet (E-mail certified) and paper ballot , allows the secret ballot, and more, and is the most amazing, finally allowing the secure and democratic vote: the vote is controlled by voters and therefore the end for methods (secrets) to disguise the election without a trace.

  No, it is not a risk for privacy. It is a decision to eliminate privacy. For overseas persons, it also can reveal their exact location, which for military personnel can be fatal.
