In case no one has corrected it yet, the above statement by David Webber
is not true of course. The ES&S AutoMARK allows the blind to vote
unassisted (by creating an op-scan-able ballot that the blind voter may
verify by re-inserting it) and is supported by the Federation of the Blind.
