Well, also, I decision tree should ideally have something to do with a
sequence of dependent choices. This isn't really like that.

For example, having a paper ballot is quite orthogonal to using free
software. There are good reasons for both, but deciding one doesn't in
any way depend on having first decided the other. Likewise with
commodity hardware, which is unrelated to either of the "previous"
