I would like to help in framing the privacy question so that the OVC
does not get locked into the current conception and definition of
privacy. There are gradations of privacy that apply in different social
contexts, so we ought to remain open to developing and providing
solutions for other electoral situations. Some of these ideas are in our
NSF proposal.
