I'm sure you'll hear from others, but this method has many drawbacks IMO:

1. If the voter can verify his own vote via the Internet, then vote-buying
is possible

2. A "high degree of probability" as an upper limit for verifying vote
counts is insufficient

3. To work, all e-ballots would have to be made publicly available on the
Internet for anyone to set up their own verification system for voters and
to count and the software to count them would have to be open source.

It just seems like a big unnecessary complicated mess to me.
