I think the possibility you raise with vote-buying/coercion is far-fetched.

We are never going to be able to eliminate all possibilities for fraud.
Untimately, we have to see the whole process that involves humans following
procedures.

For that matter, someone can take a miniature camera into the voting booth.
There is no end to this line of inquiry.
