If I read this correctly, it has the same security weakness I found in a voting by telephone system about 10 years ago. That is that the only verification one can do is to verify his own vote. That doesn't protect the election from an inside job of stuffing the ballot box. Add to that the concept of non-public voter registration lists coupled with secret voter registration entries allowed and you have little more than a false sense of security.

I might add that in the many cases of vote fraud I have studied, cooperation and/or direct involvement by election insiders was the rule rather than the exception.
