This is a lie. Both Howard and I published papers on this before you
ever did. In July 2006 you were offering audit design for counties
with all precincts the same size. I was the first to tell you that
was inadequate.

It amazes me how you've been rewriting history in the last week or
so. Why you think you can get away with it is even more astonishing.
