Demanding an audit procedure in the new Holt bill is the wrong strategy,
imho. We should demand a standard of confidence, such as 99%, and
permit procedures and regulations to be developed to meet that standard
in the different states.

It is important to omit the bogus 2% audit procedure and in its place
demand a paper ballot of record for every voter, a mandatory 99%
confidence requirement, total transparency, secure chain of custody,
etc. In view of the current helter skelter closed-circle legislating
that is going on, this is a better approach that is more doable, imho.
Otherwise there will be no audit provision or standard at all.
