Nothing we didn't already know there. Certification is a joke.
When you know the whole process is a travesty, it's hard to find
the motivation to sweat the details.
What's shocking is the unabashed bias in the Grey Lady's reporting.
Not surprising, but always shocking.

"In various places, elections have been complicated by machines that did
not start, flipped votes from one candidate to another or had trouble
tallying the votes." Elections weren't rendered invalid or meaningless.
The outcomes weren't questionable. They were merely "complicated."

Consider what the _Times_ would have said had the same chicanery been
discovered in Venezuela.

The other unsurprising but still shocking thing is the Democratic
Party, whose election wins are being stolen ever more obviously,
*still* isn't going to do anything about it.
