Try a search on "help america."

Copied below are some [bacon flavored] morsels gathered by Doug Jones.

Bottom line: States now have at their disposal hundreds of millions (billions, actually) in US dollars to spend on voting system upgrades. They have quite a bit of freedom on how they spend the money.

I will be sending a nice letter on nice OVC letterhead (thanks to Chris Gates) to each and every Secretary of State in the 50 states that make up these United States of America. We can work with universities and the private sector in any state (or all) to help election officials determine the best strategies for modernizing their voting systems.

I could use some help making connections and doing follow up contacts. Please email or call me if you can help. Basically, right now, we want to set up meetings with SoS offices to discuss what they would like covered in the R&D project the OVC will do for them.
