... after this part, I have no changes to suggest. The changes
I suggested above basically widen our charter (from developing
one system to hosting the development of open systems in general),
while not diminishing the value of our immediate goals. I think
it makes the statement stronger to say we're open to hosting the
development of other systems (don't rule out mark-sense ballot
tabulation software, don't rule out a Mercuri-method paper trail,
etc.)
