Gaurav,

I wonder if there is a possibility of us working together. I have
written design documents for an EML-based election system. The work
is far from complete. In particular the sections describing the
various items in the EML files haven't been written.

I have not worked on these for a while. Other things have drawn my
attention. If you want, I will send you the drafts I have so far.
