Folks on this list all know that internet voting is insecure. The main
question, it seems to me, is how great are the stakes.

I am far more concerned by the fact that the Democrats are allowing
expatriate Democrats to vote over the internet this coming Tuesday.
There will be a small number of real delegates at stake. Given the
closeness of the race between Obama and Clinton, there is the
possibility that the Democrats Abroad delegates might swing the
nomination to one of the two candidates.

David Dill and I just wrote an article about this proposal. It's posted

Obviously, the article is directed at a non-technical audience.
