And the Winner is ... OPEN SOURCE!

I will soon be able to declare victory in this six-year effort to sell
governments on the idea of using OPEN SOURCE software for elections -- with
a press conference on the City Hall steps in San Francisco on Wednesday,
followed by other announcements and press conferences within a week or two.

While we like to tout the security and transparency benefits, ultimately
OPEN SOURCE is the winner for a reason some don't like to admit.

It's the cheaper way to go.

Thanks.
