New Design for Possibly Quick and Easy Open Voting

Hello all. I've been working on a design for election software which
started out with the OVC design but then changed quite a bit. However
while discussing things with the people at blackboxvoting.org we came up
with an idea that even Bev Harris seems to think might be practical and
simple enough to implement in a few months.

Basically the idea is to videotape the ballots displayed at a polling
station and then have a program quickly scan the video to produce a
count...thus possibly getting paper-ballot integrity at DRE speed and
even less price.

Can you see any possible security issues or otherwise with this design?
I would like to make it as foolproof as possible and would appreciate
people's input. I'm still not sure it doesn't have some big problem.
Feel free to send me personal email if you don't want to post to the
forum itself.
