Ron,

The Wiki will be moved soon. It is on a server that we have been able
to use for free -- which will no longer be free by the end of this
month. So, we are moving our stuff to another server (ipowerweb).

Also, the OVC web site will be moved too and will have an entirely
different look and feel. You'll be able to open an account there and
post things to our new site. Chito Lapena (chito.lapena@gmail.com) is
doing the new site and it's almost ready.

In the mean time, you raise a lot of good issues. Much of this has
been discussed at length over the past 1.5 years on the voting-project
list (now called OVC-discuss).
