You might want to take a look at the VSPR's launch press release[1]
which talks about the relationship between the VSI, the DGRC and VSPR.
(By the way, I will be chairing the "Existing Systems Explication"
working group and anyone that's interested in fleshing out the
technical details of existing systems is welcome to help!)
