Whenever this subject is raised, I point out that I can get more
programmers any time, as I have done in the past. Nobody has shown any
interest for quite some time.

As soon as you have that set up, I will submit the code to One Laptop
Per Child/Sugar Labs and start a project to make it into a Sugar
Activity that students can use to hold elections anywhere in the
world. They will then add it to their Pootle server and start
localizing it into 80+ languages. All of Sugar is held in Git.
