Note that the scope of this project isn't any particular demo or event; the
goal is to develop a real, live, working reference implementation. We need
not (should not) focus on writing code at this point; we to focus on the
detailed *design*.

We also don't necessarily have to use the existing demo code base, although
we certainly may want to re-use certain components.

Launchpad is well integrated with Bazaar. Bazaar supports GnuPG signatures
and distributed development.
