It is certainly my intention to continue to maintain the archive.
But then, I could get hit by a bus tomorrow, or maybe join a Tibetan
monastery (with poor internet access)... or more mundanely, python- could shut down, and we'd need to find a different host URL.

No reason to think any of those things will happen... but URLs are
always slightly contingent in their longevity.
