Before I saw this, I took the liberty of forwarding Ping's message to the
list with a query similar to yours.

You know, sometimes a post in our archives gets cited. So, maybe we should
put together a single post that has all the related links in it. Then he
can cite that. As long as David keeps these archives going, it should be
good.
