http://uscountvotes.org group of statisticians had debunked the Berkeley
study on the same day that it was released on our statisticians' email
list. It suffers from the same problems as our own original studies did.
i.e. To be convincing to ALL statisticians no matter what political
persuasion in the most rigorous way, statistical studies on election
results MUST be done at the precinct level, no matter what statistical
measures are used and what they uncover.

I am hoping that the Berkeley group will join our group of statisticians
in doing a complete study of precinct level election results in all states
in the 2004 election as soon as we have our database/programs in place,
which may be several months still.
