FAQ copyright? (I suggest Creative Commons' licenses)

I'm starting to work on aggregating the FAQ and, eventually, the "white
paper".

I want to put on a copyright notice. I've been very happy with the
Creative Commons licenses. (I use the "with attribution" license [
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/1.0/ ] on many of the things that I
write.)

In case you are not familiar with Creative Commons take a look at their
web site at http://creativecommons.org/

I suggest that we use their Attribution, Non-Commercial, No Derivative
Works license:
        http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd-nc/1.0/

(I could be easily convinced that we could drop either or both the
Non-Commercial or No Derivative Works limitations and retain only the
Attribution requirement. And we can always start with the more
restrictive form and relax the conditions later on [it's harder to go the
other way around.])
