As most of you know, Professor Henry Brady was my first academic
collaborator in this odyssey that has become the Open Voting Consortium.
For your reference, here is the first page of our proposal for California.

In my mind, the OVC began when I sat down in Henry's office (April of 01)
and he asked, "So, how do people make money with this system?" We started
mapping some possible food chains.

This interview may be of interest for several reasons. One reason is that
I'd like to have a page like this with interviews of directors, members, and
such. Both audio and text are given. Arthur thinks it may be a little soon
to start offering audio, but I would like to keep it in mind.
