Looking at this a little more, I agree. This is good. There is lots there
that we can, um, borrow.

The test terminology is a bit different from what I have worked with, but it
looks good.

Where they list "Test Scenario" under the Requirements Tested & Test Results
sections, this is what I am used to calling a "test specification" (which is
developed from the spec and/or requirements). The "Test Results" are
summaries. We eventually want to list detailed test cases with pass/fail
results and interpretations.

The main question that comes to mind is: "Where'd they get the
Requirements?" I haven't seen anything that detailed in federal guidelines.
Or maybe I haven't been looking in the right place?
