I've got machine resources as well if we need 'em. (I might have to fire
up another server [which I have, it's just turned off right now] - as my
main publicly visible server is buried fending off spam.)

In the meantime, let's continue to collect questions/answers.

And let's follow the "FAQ <#>" (e.g. "FAQ 27") convention in the meantime.

I suspect that the FAQ will eventually need to have some
graphics/photographs, so we'll need something that can do more than just
text. I'll use HTML in the interim.
