Subject: [OVC-discuss] Stephen Spoonamore Interview regarding DREs
andElection Integrity

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAyEfovA404

Stephen Spoonamore is a longtime member of the GOP and former CEO of
Cybrinth <http://cybrinth.com/wst_page2.html> . In this interview, he does
a pretty good job of describing all of the problems with DREs and the
security holes in the certification process. At one point, he plainly
states that Diebold and other DRE manufacturers are stealing elections by
allowing negative votes to be added to memory cards.

The link above is just to segmet 1 of 8. You can find the rest of the
segments on YouTube also, or you can get a WMV of the whole interview here:
http://www.velvetrevolution.us/#080708

(Disclaimer: Velvetrevolution.us also has a lot of other election integrity
related info, which is the other main reason I've included that last link.
I know some people don't like having partisan views expressed on this list,
and at first glance it might appear that velvetrevolution.us is purely
anti-GOP or at least anti-Rove and anti-Bush/Cheny. However, if you browse
through their archives, you will see a few instances where they have
criticized Obama for not adequately addressing the issue of election
integrity, so there is at least a hint that they recognize that this issue
transcends the Democrats vs. Republicans, Liberals vs. Conservatives
debate.)
