Our new "Election Integrity Audit" paper will be delayed about another
week because:

1. I'm going through an entire actual county's data in OR to test
Frank and my numerical method on real election results from their May
primary election and I am finding other small adjustments that need to
be made to the numerical algorithm so that it works in all cases -
including with very small total number of vote counts, and

2. I'm working with a new programmer (actually someone who worked for
my ISP business that I owned from 1994 to 2000, who is a skilled
sysadmin and programmer) to complete the program for our web site and
that will probably take about a week since he is busy until Friday.

Also, we're waiting to hear back from a statistical student that
Arthur Keller asked to look at our paper as well, but I feel sorry for
the statistical student because the incomplete version of our paper he
received contained a dumb error in the numerical program I made,
initially plus I at first forgot to include the subroutine that
implemented Frank's numerical solution in the version of the paper we
gave him (although the mathematics was explained), so I did not make
it easy at first to understand what we were doing.
