Sequoia uses some oddball real-time-OS at the touchscreens, and Windows
2000/XP series at the central tabulator.

I don't know what the field-terminal OS is at the ES&S and Hart are. So
far I haven't seen any other mention of WinCE in voting systems outside
of Diebold...and I've been watching for it.

Understand: I've been complaining about CE being non-COTS since '03,
Doug Jones for longer. This is nothing "new". What's "new" is that we
have somebody with Prof. Lee's credentials stepping forward and we have
Wyle's comments at the Bowen hearing of 3/27/06 saying that they treated
CE as COTS and that it was Diebold's fault they did so.

It's once you assemble all the pieces that the picture becomes clear.
