Hello:

As promised, here's the follow up on the San Diego
recount story regarding the . Seems as the TSx worked
OK, -- this time. Summary is that there was perhaps
one error per precinct. I don't have the precinct
totals for this election convenient but I'm told voter
turn out was light so that might be 1 vote per 100 to
300 or an error rate of 0.33% to 1% versus the exit
poll of 4%. Our their studies on this type of error
rate available?
