I haven't looked into touch screens but the hardware support seems
smoother then Linux. For example, I recently purchased a Logitec USB
headset and SuSE 9.3 didn't recognize it. OS X installed it without
even asking.

I checked and Python is installed; "Python 2.3.5". This is Mac OS X
10.4.2 FYI.
