While that's good for Jim, in a way, it is too bad for us, because it
helpful to set legal precedance for giving the public the right to
observe Diebold's central tabulators during tallying to ensure that it
starts at zero, no one tampers, and all the cards are counted, etc. If
they can continue to arrest anyone who does their patriotic duty to
observe like Jim tried to do and then drop charges later, that is not good.
