Fax from Bill Rouverol.

I got a call and a fax from Bill Rouverol. It seems Rouverol was talking
about his ideas for a "verified voting system" and was referred to me.

You may know that punch card voting was invented by a UC Berkeley professor
by the name of Joseph Harris in 1964. Fellow UC Berkeley professor Bill
Rouverol patented the Votomatic system along with Harris.

So now, 40 years later, Rouverol, now 86, wants to get back into the battle.
