The forwarding path on this message is so interesting I've included the
mess, but the stuff at the end is the crucial part. There are people
in the voting project who have put considerable thought into
appropriate XMLish
formats for election results reporting. They should (really really
participate actively in the proposed IEEE 1622 group to develop an XML
for this!
