Hi, Alan. I'm afraid that many people will assume that when you express an
opinion that you are speaking for OVC, as opposed, perhaps, to only
yourself. It seems to me that it's very difficult for you to publicly
express any opinion of your own without its reflecting on OVC, even if you
state beforehand that you are speaking only for yourself - thought that
obviously would help.

To take a really extreme example, look at what happened when the Diebold CEO
expressed his personal desire to see Bush (re)elected.
