Hello:

I've viewed a couple of them and sampled others. The streaming is a
little lo-fi but seems adequate. I'm a little unclear of there use
mark-sense or DRE's but they seem to be predominantly using mark sense
equipment. There doesn't seem to be much of anything about tabulating the
votes but again, I haven't sat through all of them. A good summary can be
picked up by going to, "Special Problems." While I was interested in the
special needs voting, I'll leave the reviewing of that to others as it was a
little lengthy. What do people think of 'curb side' voting? Is this a more
or less uniform practice?

Thanks, Ed Kennedy
