Please folks, this thread is starting to drift toward the
ad-homenim, and that's not good.

We're generally agreed, I think, that the development of a
production quality voting system will require significant
oversight and administrative work. Alan Dechert has devoted
an inordinate fraction of his time to this, so far; we do hope
that whoever acts as full-time project administrator ought to
be paid for their full-time work, because full-time
administration on a volunteer basis isn't the kind of thing
any of us, so far as I know, can afford to donate on an
indefinite basis.
