What is the nature of your intellectual property claim? Copyrights
cannot cover concepts, but only their implementation, so that is ruled
out.

Do you own (or have applied for) a patent on this process? If so, I
believe you should disclose that before development of the demo
proceeds. Do you have trademarks or service marks related to this?
