Subject: [voting-project] EVM Homepage template available for inspection

  Hi All
The EVM 2003 project homepage template is available
for inspection online at the following location.

It is a basic template to showcase the page layout and design.
The url links does not work and the content is not final.

This page is validated as valid HTML 4.0 (Transitional) by the
validator at In our tests, the page
rendered equally well with IE 6.0, Mozilla 1.4, Netcape 7.0 and
  Opera 7.1.

The page uses a cascading style sheet that render to a
top/bottom navigation without the style sheet or on pure-text
  browsers like lynx.

I request members with access to Mac OS to validate the
template on Mac specific browsers like Safari and Icab.

The page designer is Matteo Giacomazzi.

If this template is agreed upon, the content writers could
start working on adding valid content to the page and update
it on the evm 2003 project homepage.
