Issues Meetings are to be scheduled between Matt and Anand. When you have
one scheduled, kindly post a message to the list.

The subject of the message should read as follows (since I think you've had
one meeting so far, the next one would be "2"):

    Scheduled: Issues Meeting 2

In the body of the message, tell us the time and place of the meeting (and
what to bring :-)). Other testers and developers may attend the meeting but
basically, it's a meeting between the Lead Developer (Anand) and the QA Lead

Let's forget about video and/or voice conferencing for now. The meetings
will be strictly text cyber chat.

Don't waste time writing a summary or minutes. Cut and paste the entire
dialog and post to the list. So, after you have Issues Meeting 2, post a
message to the list with subject:

    Issues Meeting 2

In the body of the message, copy the entire text of the meeting.

Thanks for your cooperation.
