As long as there is no in-contest scrolling in the largest display size.
That is, low vision users should not have to scroll to see all the
candidates in a single contest. If there are a lot of candidates in a
contest, it'd be better to have their names a bit smaller at first, but
magnified one by one if the user highlights them.
